Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens — however, out of respect for our time and other clients, we ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Clients who cancel within the 24-hour window will forfeit their deposit and will be responsible for a 20% cancellation fee based on the total price of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
We value every client and every appointment slot is reserved specifically for you. When a last-minute cancellation occurs, it impacts our ability to serve other guests who may have been waiting for that time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and respectful experience for everyone.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us as soon as possible — we are always happy to work with you when given adequate notice.
